If you receive a product that is defective or different from the one requested, you may return it or exchange it for another, as long as the delivery note of the product's bad state or its mistake has been recorded on the delivery note. In this case, the costs shall be borne by the Seller.

Once the notification has been received, the Seller will contact you to inform you how to proceed with the return. As a general rule these are the steps to follow:
You must return the product to the address indicated on the invoice you will receive by mail, providing the following information:
- Personal information
- Your e-mail address
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Date of receipt of the order
- Return date
Please return the item using its original packaging in addition to the instructions, documentation and packaging that may accompany it.
Once the goods to be returned have been received, we will proceed to carefully examine the returned product and we will notify you by e-mail within a reasonable time if the return or substitution of the same (if applicable) is applicable. The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the date on which we send an email confirming that the return or replacement of the non-conforming item is appropriate.
In the event that the product (s) can not be substituted, the amounts paid for those products that are returned, due to some defect or defect, when it actually exists, will be reimbursed in full, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the item. and the costs you would have incurred to return it to us.
Refunds and partial cancellations will result in partial reimbursement of the total amount paid for the entire order. The transportation, reimbursement and gift packaging costs will not be returned in case the return is partial.
The refund will be made on the same credit card that was used to pay for the purchase. These data must be sent by the customer by email.
